Luke and his very amazing & talented apprentice were so professional, responsive, kind and detailed regarding everything along the process. I want to give kudos to Legacy for engaging in the apprentice process. And am embarrassed that I noted Luke’s apprentice name as John on my phone but think it might have been Dave. This is the 3rd time we have used Legacy Plumbing. Each experience has been great. Jason was our most recent technician ... and he was great! He communicated exceptionally well. So easy to work with Legacy Plumbing ... and we are extremely pleased with their work. They are not necessarily inexpensive, but they provide a quality service.
