So pleased! I took a risk contacting a new plumber out of the blue from the internet, but they had great reviews so I gave it a shot. Absolutely wonderful service. From the first call to the end of my service they were so kind and professional. Reasonable pricing, good communication, I couldn't be happier. I worked with Bobby and he was so nice!

So Bobby went and above the call of duty. He professionally solved our plumbing issues in a timely and clean manner. But the most important thing was his kindness. I have two adults special needs children and Bobby was the best. He took time to explain what he was doing, but he treated them like adults, and even settled the bill with them. He s a class act and we highly recommend him and the Bow-Tie Company.
