I contacted Trinity and Joel Carriker came to my home to explain the process. He was very patient and helpful especially with determining when the damage occurred, speaking with the insurance company and guiding me through the paperwork. I was nervous about finding a roofing company and Trinity was the 2nd one I spoke with. I cancelled my 3rd appointment because I felt so comfortable with the whole process after spending time with Mr. Carriker. The work was done by a wonderful crew who came at 6:00 am and worked efficiently and nonstop until 12:00 noon. Six hours and I had a new roof! They cleaned up everything and even took down an old satellite dish. Every communication I had with Trinity during this process was positive and they responded immediately whether it was Mr. Carriker or Jan in the office. Although there are tons of roofers out there to choose from, I always highly recommend Trinity Roofing. I was thankful to have such a reputable, professional company to contact with all the hail storms we've had this year. I knew I could depend on their honesty and thankfully I didn't have any damage this last time. I was also impressed with their professionalism, the client definitely comes first with them!

We had an inspection come back on our house listing a lot of problems. We were recommended Trinity by a neighbor, and had another company come out for estimates. The other company took so long (and honestly looked like they were going to be more expensive). Alex, on the other hand, gave us a fast quote that was more than reasonable. The work got started quickly. Any hiccups (let's be honest, repairing a 100 year-old house isn't going to happen without hiccups) were addressed quickly.
