They were prompt and detailed about services they were going to complete. I felt safe and comfortable who to their excellent communication and even a picture of the technician I should be expecting. Don’t know much about plumbing, but a little high for my low budget, but totally worth it with their excellent service.
The response was very quick! Steven came out to help with my clogged drains. He was professional, friendly, and provided a great explanation of what he will do and the cost. I would definitely use this company again for any future plumbing needs!
Billy and Micheal are amazing Billy started it off with his great diagnostic and Michael came the next day to finish. he literally was helping me out for hours in the great Texas heat. I had a issue with the a/c unit he was able to locate and go into a very detailed assessment in regards to the unit. Unfortunately I have to replace it or can get it fixed (rather replace)due to cost almost the same. He did everything in his power to get us the right information, best options, and service. KMP definitely have great employees with great customer service skills can't thank these guys enough for what they did.
