Called KMP out to perform some plumbing install in two bathrooms for a restoration project we’re working on. They were able to schedule me the next day and their tech Roberto called me when he was on his way, was able to give me a fair estimate immediately and finished the job all in one day. We met with Michael. He was super friendly, very educational and patient with our many questions. We haven’t made a decision yet about which business we will purchase from as it is a rather expensive endeavor and we want to make sure that we have done our due diligence in educating ourselves and seeking more than one opinion and advice.
