AAA Air Heating and Air Conditioning

I want to thank Dean and Jason for installing a new air conditioner at my house. One of my air conditioner units went out this week and AAA Air Service sent their salesperson, Dean, to meet with me right away. Dean was professional and honest. He was also very knowledgeable about the product and knew exactly what I needed. He worked with me on the costs and didn't recommend anything I didn't need. The next day, Jason showed up with two helpers to install my new unit. They were all kind, on time, very thorough and left my house mess free. I would recommend AAA Air Service to anyone that needs a new air conditioner unit or any service that is needed to their existing unit(s). Sylvia S. Carrollton, Tx

With the recent Texas shift in temperatures from mid 80s to the high 90s I came home to my house being 88 inside after a day without the outside unit running. I called my normal service group which could not see me for another 3 days. I called AAA Air and Leon came out the same evening after working a full normal day. Leon was beyond professional and is a master of his trade. He quickly identified the issue was my fan motor was starting to cease and burn out. Because my motor was a unusual style he had to order it and pick it up the next day, he helped me with a work-a-round to get my house cooling for the night. He promptly contacted me the next morning with an update on the part and came back the following evening to complete the repair. He was very personable and took great pride in performing a very thorough repair while ensuring no detail was overlooked. Technician repair the fault and left without checking if AC is blowing cold air or not. Upon calling him again he came and found one more issue and asked for additional charges to fix it. Of course at 5:30 pm I had no other choice but to accept other charges and he fixed the issue. I used AAA Air five years ago to install brand new unit on same property and that time they complete work in one day as well. This time not fully verifying work before leaving does not give good customer service. I am choosing 3 stars instead of 5 for this reason.
