I had been dealing with a “Choice home” warranty issue for five weeks, when I finally called “Knight in shining armor”, I had heard great things about this company from Neighbors! The owner answered my call I explained that we had been without AC for five weeks in the Texas heat and he was at my house within the hour. As he made the drive over , He provided a status of where he was several times. Amazing! Once he arrived, He did a very detailed job over the next 2 1/2 hours, thoroughly checking everything out and getting my unit up and running. Within two hours our house was cool again. At 8 o’clock that evening Robert called back to see how the AC was working . We were so pleasantly surprised when we got his call! I don’t know of another company that Has that incredible follow up! Highly recommend giving Robert a call if your in the market for a new a/c. I called Knight in Shinning Armor out to give me a bid on replacement for a customer of mine that we were replacing their roof. Both the Roof and A/C units had hail damage. This was a big job that was 4 stories and a tight workspace, also had to coordinate with a crane for both installations! What could have been a logistical nightmare turned into a smooth operation! Robert was also able to upgrade from a 14 seer unit to a 16 seer and the customer loved his service from start to finish.
