Darryl Penn with Burnside came out to repair our HVAC system. He was very knowledgeable and thorough, and he helped us make the best decisions on what needed to be repaired or replaced. While the technicians and office staff are very kind, they are astronomically high compared to other reputable HVAC businesses in the area. In 2021, I paid $264.00 to have the drain line cleared (30-45 minute job), and at that time I thought it was a little high but the tech (Blake) was great and did a good job. Fast forward 18 months later and the same 45 minute job cost $568.00, I had no idea at the time what the actual cost was as the tech provided a different amount and then wouldn't respond later when I received the invoice. Calling around to a couple local businesses for the same job was half the cost. Won't be using Burnside for replacement or service in the future. Service: HVAC system maintenance
