I used Crow's Heat & Air to replace a 20+ year old system last spring. The price was WAY better than anyone else and the service after the sale has been outstanding. During a recent ice storm, I placed a service request at about 9PM and the owner (Jason) was there early the next morning. You don't get any better customer service than that! So, if you live in the McKinney area and need heat/AC service, don't waste your time & money on the advertised brands with their bright colored trucks and catchy advertising campaigns. Give this company a call. When it comes to price, service, & professionalism, they are exceptional in every category. On a scale of 1 - 5, I give them a 6. Crow's Heat & Air did a great job for me on my new AC install! Chantel and Jason are fantastic! Customer service is top notch, they showed up ON TIME each time they came out, easy to talk to and very helpful, Garrett and Joshua were also great with their follow up and thermostat installs.
