Brandon Trainor is an outstanding professional! Heart Gates Vineyard in Shreveport, LA was hit with a hail storm Saturday that caused damage to our truck and other equipment. We were concerned about the roof. Brandon was able to get to us within a couple of days. The roof was still in good condition and did not need repair. He did find that a couple of vents had come loose. He repaired them. I offered to pay for his time, but he refused to accept it. He said, “It only took me 5 minutes to repair them so don’t worry about it.” Most companies would have charged for their time. Brandon Trainor is not, “most companies.” I would highly recommend his services to anyone! We will be using his services in the future when the time comes for roof repair or replacement. I noticed that below one gutter, the wood facing was bulging with water leaking out of it. I called Roofing On Top and David quickly came out to inspect it. He identified the problem and while looking at that issue, noticed a separate issue that I didn't see. His team quickly made recommendations and once I agreed to the work, it was completed the next day.
