This was an emergency call. Our main water line was leaking big time (on our side of the water meter. I did not get the name of the lead plumber, but I want to tell you that he and his assistant did a great job of finding the leak, doing the repair and keeping us informed. Robert came to our house with his assistant to locate a water leak. He will install a shut off valve outside the house. This should have been done years ago by another company that did extensive work and charged us a lot. We trust Riddell and Robert to do thorough work at our house. They are extremely reliable. Jeremy does a great job. I hope he finally solves our tank less water heater issues. He did wire our second tank less heater to continue work while we waited on new parts for our other tank. The above remarks were from Jeremy's service a week ago. Yesterday Jeremy returned to repair our other heater and he installed new parts. He did a great job and I hope it works. Thanks Jeremy
