Woke up to a flooded garage due to a water heater breakdown. Called at 6am to get on the schedule and by 12:30pm we had a new water heater installed and the old one hauled away. Robert and Derek did an excellent job. They explained all they needed to do, gave us options regarding repairing the leak including the cost of each option, fixed the leak, pressure tested the entire waterline system, put the hole back and cleaned up. They were respectful of us, our time and our property. Thanks to both of them, we can now take a hot shower!! Kudos to both of them for a job well done! I wished I could give 10 stars to Chris who rescued us. From the moment I called Baker Brothers I had an amazing service. The ladies who answered the phone were very professional and helpful. Our blower motor burned due to power outage and we were desperate to get it fixed due to triple digit weather and having a two weeks old baby. The other AC companies including A#1 Air could not get the part on time; they were telling me it would take around five to seven business days. Then I decided to call Baker Brothers. because I knew they would take care of us from my prior experiences. I was initially hesitant because I knew it was going to be more expensive. Chris from Baker Brothers came out and took care of us. He went the extra mile to get the part in two days and fixed our AC unit. He was very professional, friendly and compassionate with our situation.
