Baker Brothers responded to my water heater leak, had a seasoned technician out within 3 hours. The technicians replaced my unit and was informative throughout the process. Start to finish, 1.5 hours and left the area very clean. Marco Robles and his partner did a great job! Service: Water heater installation
Sam Boyd was very professional and we were very satisfied. He is very knowledgeable and patient and answered all of our questions and concerns, he’s all around outstanding person in general. He explained in detail what the repairs needed were and why they were important, along with the resources to understanding the process of replacing and repair. We were given options and explained what needed to be put as priority. He was very much interested in what was best for the customer opposed to being a greedy company and we love that. Jerome was our tech. He was super thorough and very knowledgeable. Was honest with what we needed and didn't leave us having to replace a 25 year old unit, which many company's out there would. Highly recommend, and you're lucky of you get Jerome. Two days ago we had to also use this company for a gas pipe leak. Again they were super responsive and quick to get the job done...unfortunately that visit cost us a good chunk of change but is what it is...not there fault.
