GREAT customer service. We have used James Armstrong Plumbing for multiple projects and they are always friendly, courteous and on-time. Recently had a sump pump replaced. We will definitely use James Armstrong Plumbing in the future.
Leak in water pipe in front lawn - they replaced it with a new pipe. From start to finish, the same young man came to check what the problem was, gave me an estimate, set up an appointment, and supervised while the work was getting done. He was exceptional, clean, polite, a real pleasure to work with. We are very pleased with the work and will use them again for our plumbing needs.
Garbage disposal, new kitchen faucet and 2 exterior faucets replaced. They were courteous and professional. They did great work. They cleaned up when they were finished. I would hire James Armstrong Plumbing again for any future plumbing work needed.
