Where do I begin? Joy the office manager was amazing. She was diligent, professional, and flexible to work with my schedule. She found a way to get a tech to my home on my schedule. Will, the technician, was prompt, professional, and knowledgeable about the ac unit inside and in the attic. He performed a thorough check of my system and explained every detail. I highly recommend and had a great experience with Coastal Hankia.
We have been a satisfied client of Coastal Hankla A/C & Heat for over 18 years. When we first moved in, our first call was to Will Hankla for a new Trane Heating and A/C system installation. The system was flawless from the Trane equipment to the professional installation by the team. Recently, we had a need for a major repair as the system was approaching end-of-life. Coastal Hankla was able to update the system in a fast, professional manner. The Trane system is again running well and we remain confident that Will Hankla and his team + Trane will stand behind their work! Highly recommended. In 2020, after 2 service calls with other HVAC companies and getting expensive estimates for repair and/or new system, it was recommended I call a Trane specialist to solve my AC problem. It was the best advice I had all year. Coastal Hankla came out and spent considerable time talking with us and determining the true problem with the system. The result - the system was back up and running with minimal expense-- hundreds instead of thousands. In August 2021, after severe rain and intermittent power outages, the AC system went down. On a Sunday evening, Coastal Hankla took the time to call and talk us through what might be the problem. And again, he was right!
