My a/c went out on the hottest day of the year. It was miserable! I tried calling several people at 9:30 on a Friday night to see if anyone could help me. Other companies told me I would have to wait until Monday for service. I called Malcolm's, and David saw me that night! Within two hours my a/c was working again. He was extremely professional, courteous, reasonably priced, and fixed my a/c right. I will only use Malcolm's for my heating and a/c needs, and I recommend him to everyone. Awesome company!!! We had a leak from AC unit spreading through kitchen ceiling. He came out within the hour on a Saturday morning and had the issue fixed within the hour. He’ll be coming back to make our float device switch placement meet code and change the size of a drain line for us. Given our unit is only two years old tells me a lot about the previous company.
