Highly recommend! We had talked to many companies before choosing All City Air and I’m confident we selected the right people. It was an easy decision. While completing our project, All City Air was thorough, honest, trustworthy, professional, strategic and easy to communicate with. Sitting in a wonderfully cooled home and feel ready to take on a hot summer, because of them! A representative from this company came to our offices and then proceeded to harass us. They were explicitly told that under no circumstances were they going to be able to speak with anyone in project management (we are appointment only) but they were also given business cards to facilitate a formal introduction. Instead of following this procedure they decided to leave, come back into 2 minutes later and demanded to speak with a different associate. Obviously, they were denied. They then tried calling our offices trying to speak with someone through that avenue; we are ALSO a small business and the reason I am employed is to facilitate day-to-day operations for all employees, including and especially the owners. This includes fielding solicitors.
I have been a customer for over 20 years. They have been great and can totally trusted. Service: A/C system maintenance
