Just completed 2nd “hail” roof done by Christano from Swan Roofing. Excellent work both times. Outstanding GAF warranty. Swan will do what they say and quickly cure any issues. Endorsed by State Farm, claim handling is easy. Jimmy Kissamitakis was project leader. He will handle everything and be there during the work. This is the group to use. Service: Roof installation
Do not use this company. We have had roof leaks since day one after they put our commercial roof on- They have never repaired or made it right. The first leak started 30 days after new construction. No storms happened in that time. The leaks consistently kept popping up. I called and emailed several times. I’m currently in the process of hiring an attorney to deal with it. I assure you you want to pass on this company.
Swan Roofing replaced my roof win 2003 with Class 4 (hail resistant) shingles. Multiple Texas hail storms finally took their toll, and the roof was recently replaced, again with Class 4 shingles. After nearly 20 years, Swan Roofing still stands as the best professional value in roofing. From original estimate, to final inspection, Jimmy Kissamitakis is the true caring and efficient professional. His crew showed up on time and went right to work. They are a well coordinated, well trained group. Jimmy remained on site to handle any problem that might come up. (There was only one, minor, and he took care of it right away.) In this hot Texas summer, he also saw to it that his crew remained well hydrated and took appropriate breaks. The project was completed in a timely manner, and my new roof is beautiful.
