I worked with Andrew from Dwell and it was a great experience! He took the time to really explain and answer all of our questions. We thought we needed a new roof, but after inspection we just needed some fixes. I was very pleased with their professionalism and honesty, which you don’t always find in contractors today. The rep assigned to my house, Kelly, was beyond incompetent. My first point of contact was initiated on July 31st, 2022; I was told the job would take about a week to complete once they started. The job was finally done the last week of December, 2022. All initial measurements were lost on their end, and it took an entire month for them to come out and re-measure. The initial job BEGAN with two, back-to-back no-call/no-shows within the first five days. Two more such incidents occurred later on. At one point I had a guy pull up on me in my driveway asking me my name, then explained he was "there to do an estimate for gutter repairs", as I was getting ready to leave town. Communication on all aspects of the job was virtually non-existent from, concept to fruition. I have six months worth of texts and emails to back every word of this review. After a storm damaged our roof, I contacted Dwell to come give us an estimate. They responded promptly. Jacob was sent out to inspect the damage, and then he began working with our insurance to help us get a new roof. I appreciated Jacob’s patiently explaining the process to me and his professional and courteous manner. He made the whole process move along smoothly. I’m happy to recommend Dwell with five stars.
