Jack was able to diagnose the problem over the phone which was a slab leak. He then arranged to have a crew report to my residence on Monday. The crew arrived and I worked directly with Mario. Mario was very professional and took the time to explain the repair process. His team conducted a thorough leak detection test to identify the leak which was a busted hot water line. He then explained how they would conduct the repair which involved a reroute. In all the services provided by this company was exemplary.
