My water heater started leaking early Saturday morning. Called Tactical Plumbing around 8:00am and they were at my house by 9:00am. In addition to the super fast response time, Tex and Quentin were knowledgable and professional. They knew I needed to replace my current system and recommended a much better tankless option including a 20 year warranty. Now I have a brand new Navien 240-A Tankless Water Heater with unlimited hot waterer. Thanks Tactical Plumbing! Service: Water heater installation
Tex was the only plumber (I called 12 to 15 companies) I could get to come out on the weekend. He answered the phone personally, kept me updated and arrived at the agreed time. He was friendly, professional and completed the job in one visit even though it turned into more work than initially expected. Very pleased with his work. Highly recommended!
