Due to the early spring freeze, our home had a water line burst and caused extensive damage to our floors and our kitchen. After vetting four different contractors, we decided to go with Arapaho and needless to say, I am so pleased that we did! They were very transparent regarding the process, the timeline, and the expected costs of the project. They were great partners with our insurance company as well. We were able to get our flooring replaced, and our kitchen restored in a timely manner, even with a multitude of other projects going on. I would certainly recommend using Arapaho to anyone considering renovation for their homes!

We signed a contract on 6.6.21 due to our home flooding with the freeze. Our home is in shambles and they have been nonresponsive for over a month now, after taking $70,000. Not even 20% of the work is done, my house is destroyed and we have had to seek legal counsel. I also found out that they hire felonious criminals. They do NOT run background checks on the people that will be in your home. They are also very aware that these people have records. Don’t believe me? Ask them! They legally cannot lie to you about this. Lastly, when we signed our contract, they had 4 reviews. They have over 20 just in the last 4-5 months and these are fake. I threatened to post a bad review when they stopped coming out and low and behold, a ton popped up. Our attorney will be using this as part of the case since this is a deceptive business/marketing act. Look at the pics of my home. Please save yourself the heartache and misery. Find another contractor. These guys are storm chasers.
