This is a great company to use. They worked around my schedule as I work from home. The plumber communicated with us what he did and he was super professional. Unfortunately I did not get his name, but he was awesome. Also, a shoutout to Amber at the office. She is so kind. If you require a plumber that can guarantee showing up on a specific day, I'd say look for a company that doesn't have open windows like this place. Took a day off to facilitate a simple drain leak repair, figured it would be no problem as I live less than two miles from their location, but was never gotten to and told at 5:45pm that they unfortunately wouldn't be able to make it. A $40 credit towards a repair was offered but it's certainly not worth me taking even more time off for a company that can't guarantee they'll show up.

Not sure what the previous bad reviews are all about because any issue and cost to repair are explained and must be approved by the client prior to beginning any work. These folks just repaired some gas leaks for us and all I can say is that the crew as well as the office were amazing. Honest, upfront and as professional as they come. I will be using Texas Green anytime I have an issue that requires a plumbing company and highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for honest and caring professionals.
