Anthony was our plumber. I had Anthony couple of times to fix few issues. He is Very patient and knowledgeable guy. Mike was pretty good at scheduling in time and avoid hassle. Good job guys.

Dustin and Nick were here to replace our Tankless water heater and they did a wonderful job. Dustin even went beyond to explain common problems with Plumbing and how to avoid them around the house. Also, made sure that the roof was fixed properly with the new vent. Highly recommend.

I don’t ever put a review like this, but need to warn others before they experience what we had experienced. Scheduled an appointment for them to come out and look at the quality of their work on a Tradition Home that was built less than 2 years ago. We had shower leaks, busted pipes, and faucets needing minor adjustments. All they had to do was come and look and give estimates, but they’ve cancelled on us 4 times. Spoke to Mike Dickerson (warranty department) and he keeps on telling us that they have other priorities above ours and that is why they need to push ours back. On the 2nd, 3rd, and 4th reschedules; he said that it’s best that we call another plumbing company to go fix our issues instead. Yes, call somebody else to fix the plumbing job that they had worked on prior? Usually a man’s word is good, but not with them. Not professional and inconsiderate of peoples time.
