The technicians assigned to my job were Eric and Jeremy. They were clean, and well-organized, and they explained what they were doing and answered my questions without making me feel stupid. Not only did he fix the switches in the panel, but he also went above and beyond to ensure the pool equipment on that breaker worked - which required some fussing to get the settings just right.
