We have a roof of undetermined age with damage from a recent hailstorm. While we didn't go with Alpha Roofing, I wanted to specifically point out the work of Landon Fullerton. Landon responded quickly to my voicemail and was on-site later that day. He reviewed the paperwork from the insurance company and performed a roof inspection. His verbal summary was specific and understandable to a novice homeowner like me. He even found a small and inexpensive issue that was missed by the insurance company. He sent an email later that day providing us with a written assessment. Overall very knowledgeable and professional. The decision to go with another company wasn't in any way a bad reflection on Alpha Roofing. It's in fact the opposite. We did our research and ended up talking to very qualified companies that had little differences between them. Just had a roof replaced on a house with Alpha Roofing. They were very easy to work with, get estimates, scheduling, queries, etc. They were very accommodating in fixing specific issues on my roof. They had a walk thru at the end of the job and even waited for me before I got there. They were very responsive to emails with clear communication. Price wise they were very much affordable compared to other highly reviewed companies.
