Brock was wonderful to work with. He originally came out 4 months ago as we were looking to put in tankless water heater. Due to multiple leaks so I called the office to get scheduled for the replacement. I couldn’t reach the shut off valve as it was up high in the water closet, Karen asked Brock if he could swing by and get water shut off for me even though he was scheduled for a job. He came over and shut off the water and I let him know which tank we wanted. The office got us scheduled for today. Brock arrived in afternoon and had the old one out and new one in and ready for us in a couple of hours. He was thorough in April and again today. I appreciate Brock, Karen, Audrey (I think that’s who called and took our payment), and the company for being so responsive and helpfulness through our ordeal. Thank you to everyone! Jacob and Josh were outstanding! They explained what needed to be done, then found an innovative way of getting past an attic installation challenge and when done, they cleaned up and explained to me the operation of the auto shut off sensor device. Our water softener blew right at the beginning of Labor Day weekend and stopped up the water pipes. They sent Jacob out same day and he was so professional and courteous and knowledgeable. Jacob installed the new water softener, cleaned out everything and did a great job. We’ve been using Crows plumbing for 7 years and it’s such a relief to know they will do a great job and take care of any plumbing issues quickly and professionally.
