Our experience with Paul and Roof Masters was excellent!! Paul promptly came out for measurements and submitted a quote that was competitive, detailed, and easily understood. After reviewing the process, warranties, etc, we had it replaced and we couldn't be happier. Paul and his crew did the job in a timely manner and the roof looked amazing. Look no further! This is the best roofing company in the Greater Austin area. Paul was very quick to get my roof inspected and give me a quote for a new roof. He explained to me how my insurance claim would work and was very patient with my endless questions. Paul even took time out of his busy schedule to meet with my insurance adjuster who needed a bigger ladder. Once my claim was approved, my roof was replaced within a week! Great work ethics and a true gentleman!

On short notice, Paul from Roof Masters was great on scheduling the initial assessment. He provided an estimate and delivered on the estimate. He was efficient: he was respectful in wearing a mask in my house, he procured the parts and made the repair a few days later. Paul is a local entrepreneur and does great work!
