Importantly, they were incredibly professional and honest, and were able to restore an important functionality of the house without completely replacing the pipe system that otherwise works in the house. If you need support in a crisis like I did, call this company! It was Thanksgiving the first time, no hot water because the home I just purchased 6 months ago had an OLD water heater that leaked everywhere. That secret space under the stairs, the garage, the front closet. All wet. They gave me a fair bid on an upgrade to a tankless water heater. I am NOT sorry. It is worth every penny in my new master bath renovation to have hot water on demand. This time, I needed a quick disconnect on a gas stove. I contacted The Plumbinator for help tracing an unwanted outside water spigot line (PEX running through concrete foundation) back to its manifold somewhere in my house in order to cap it. The Plumbinator team was easy to work with, accommodating to some re-schedule issues on my end and very helpful. Mickey was prompt, efficient and extremely knowledgeable.
