We had a terrible hail storm in March of this year. The Phoenix roof professionals quickly responded (within a day) and helped me file my claim and returned to walk the roof with my insurance adjuster. I went with Phoenix because of the fact that I could work with one company for both my roof replacement and solar removal and reattachment. Everyone from the sales person (Rene) to the Office coordinator and manager (Jessica and Cara) were super responsive and easy to work with. Now I have a beautiful new hail resistant roof. My insurance company (Allstate) was resisting paying for hail damage to my roof and Phoenix helped me with my claim. They are amazing! If you need work done, ask for Zach Guerrieri. He super-responsive and he helped us navigate the insurance process. My roof is not done yet, so I can't speak about the work, but so far everyone has been professional, helpful, and keeping my job on track.
