Kinsey Plumbing is not reputable. Have made every attempt to contact this company more than several times. They keep saying contact their company to resolve our issues. Brandon Graham who says he is the owner will not return calls or follow through with his assurance the damage done to our home would be repaired and rectified to our satisfaction. Shawn Chapman’s installation of new kitchen sink and garbage disposal was left unfinished because of damage to our granite countertops when taking out old sink. Shawn attempted to trade inventory (new garbage disposal) from Kinsey Plumbing in exchange for damaging granite. He did not notate/charge for this inventory. My wife ask him repeatedly to call the office to report the incident. He did not. His attitude was not normal. Granite cannot be repaired and must be replaced. We had to call company that originally installed our granite to obtain new granite. Again tried to call, text Kinsey Plumbing and no response. Moreover Shawn left our home

I have had three different plumbing companies come out to figure out why my reverse osmosis system was leaking on my counter top. None of them could fix it or even find the problem. Kinsey Plumbing sent John out and he found the issue within minutes and fixed it! Super appreciative and happy with their service!
