We went to PT Maintenance on thew advice of a coworker who had great things to say about them. Our AC had been having issues. We had had another company out, won't mention their name but they are always advertising on the radio. Pete came out and also looked it over. Their quote was thousands less than the other company. Even better, when I asked about the furnace his recommendation was not to replace it. It was old but was still in good shape. The other company said they both needed to be replace so they matched.
