You cannot go wrong with Plumbing Outfitters! They've done work for our family many times and we have been very pleased. They are experts in all they do and it shows. It's fun to watch how they search out a leak in a slab. I could go on an on about their professionalism etc. But all that aside, let me share a little bit of what goes on behind the scenes. I've visited their office and overheard the tail end of meetings where they are 1000% (plus) focused on providing the very best customer service. I can tell their employees love working there. It's part of their mission statement displayed proudly on their walls. I found this to be so true when I had a concern during the big "snowmageddon" storm (Uri) a few years ago. Our toilets wouldn't flush because the drain pipes had frozen. I called plumbing outfitters and...THEY ANSWERED...and helped with with a very simple solution. No service call needed but yes all of their workers were out during this horrible week braving the cold and ice

We’ve worked with them several times and each time was just as good as the time before if not better.

I have used Plumbing Outfitters for a number of projects including a new toilet installation, changing all out shut-offs from gate valves to quarter-turn ball valves, leak detection, relocating a drain for a shower remodel, drain clearing, and more. Every single interaction with every single technician and employee has been absolutely stellar. Their customer service reminds me of the “good old days” we always hear/talk about.
