Francois and his team are fantastic. When I called Francois he was in my home within hours. He was very knowledgeable and answered my questions in detail. Over the next several days, as the water mitigation process was ongoing, Francois was always available if I needed to speak with him. After the process was completed (with amazing success, in a complicated case involving built-in furniture) Francois thoroughly tested the area for moisture and again answered all my questions and ensured I was satisfied. If I ever have the misfortune of water intrusion into my home again, I will call Francois and Texas Dry Out immediately! I recommend anyone in that position do the same. Called to arrange a quote and Francois told me "if you're looking for the cheapest company, this won't be it." So, why bother I guess? Didn't say I was looking for "the cheapest". But, I am looking for a professional attitude.

We called Texas Dry Out & Restoration when we had a water leak upstairs. They were out within a couple of hours, identified the scope of the water damage and had fans and dehydrators in place to limit the damage and dry us out!
