Texas Dry Out & Restoration

Called to arrange a quote and Francois told me "if you're looking for the cheapest company, this won't be it." So, why bother I guess? Didn't say I was looking for "the cheapest". But, I am looking for a professional attitude.

I called Francois after working with two other contractors. I had mold coming out of my HVAC vents. The only solution the other contractors had offered was “replace the vents.” But I wanted to know WHY they were moldy and how to fix the problem. I hired Francois to do a mold inspection, even though he charged a fee and the other contractors came out for free. Francois was more than worth the money I spent. He found the exact reason for the mold growth. He helped me get the whole problem resolved. I am now mold free. I highly, highly recommend Texas Dry Out. Francois knows his stuff. I recently used Texas Dry Out and was very impressed with their work, Francois reviewed the damage and gave me an estimate. They were ready to start the work right away. They were always on time, very professional and Francois always took the time to explain what they were doing and as the work progressed unexpected problems arose. Francois always came to me and explained what needed to be done. My rooms now look like nothing ever happened, they kept a piece of the drywall so they could match the paint, their cleanup was done every day before they left and before they left on the last day they mopped all the floors.
