A good friend recommended Cardinal Roofing and Exteriors to replace my hail damaged roof. She spoke very highly of John and his integrity. That's all I needed to hear to give them a call. John was very responsive from the start. He came right over, assessed the damage and pointed out some things I hadn't really thought of like my carport roof. John answered all of my questions. He encouraged me to have him come back over when the insurance rep would be there to assess the damages. John helped me to select the best shingles for my house, and even offered to drive to Dallas to pick them up if they weren't available locally. Roofing materials were delivered within a couple of weeks, and installation began the next day. The crew put tarps down around the house, and covered our ponds with plywood as well to protect them. I could not be more pleased with my new roof! The sales manager, Jody Adams, was very friendly and efficient. The crew who installed the roof worked very hard, were very polite and did a great job. An unexpected storm came the day the shingles were being removed. The crew worked throughout the storm trying to cover everything, but there were some leaks.
