I have been trying to get Mustang to repair a tankless hot water heater that's under warranty for 6 weeks now. I believe there is a faulty flow control sensor and my water takes 20 minutes + to heat up. Mustang has sent 2 separate, very inexperienced techs, with zero internal communication about the issue. After 6 weeks, today they sent a new tech, with no prior understanding of the issue. He insisted on replacing a cartridge in my shower control, despite the fact that every other faucet in my house is also not getting hot water. In general, I have had the same experience each time. Someone shows up with no technical understanding of the issue they are trying to solve, tells me I don't have an issue, and tries to leave. I would stay away from this company, they are overpriced, technically incompetent and don't communicate internally. Service: Water heater repair

No problem with receiving, all good, but this place is tight, think is better to be here early in the morning. (Apparently Red bud LN is no trucks allowed but that's the only way to go in, just across from HEB,) driveway is next to the storage place, go all way in and take left, follow rd. Stop at first building and ask where they want the load.... Take your time, small place for a rig.

I'm really bummed about this. The water for my refrigerator was installed slanted in my new build home. Mustang contracts with my builder and came out to fix it since Best Buy said they couldn't connect the water to my newly delivered fridge with the spout slanted like that. Mustang came and fixed the spout but there are huge holes in my drywall now. I'm no expert but I feel like this could have been done in a neater way. Now the spout is straight but I have to go through my builder warranty request process to fix this drywall. So much hassle when it was installed slanted in the first place. I'm deeply disappointed in this huge gash in my new house.
