Above All Air

John and his team have been great! They replaced both of my 20 year old systems last year. The install crew was courteous and professional and were in and out in 2 days. Both systems have performed well through the brutal summer until yesterday. One of the units stopped working. I called them this morning (which is a Saturday) and they were out this afternoon. They replaced a failed capacitor (under warranty) and the system was back up and running. The repairing technician was courteous and professional and had solved the problem in about 30 minutes. Above All Air was the third company called, none previous would come to Pleasanton. James came to our house within 24 hours to troubleshoot our problem, and within the following 24 hours two technicians arrived to replace the condenser coil and got our AC running again. Everyone from the initial phone call was professional and polite. James and the techs explained what they were doing and why. Excellent, professional, courteous and clean service. Our air condition tubes leaked. The whole unit was replaced the next day. I am not sure if they are the cheapest, but the prices for the replacement were comparable to others. The biggest factor for me was being able to talk to the same person throughout the process who also made me feel that he was personally responsible if I had any questions, concerns, or problems. I would definitely do business with John again and have recommended him to family who had issues with their ac system.
