What a great company!! They are honest and experienced. We will certainly use them again and refer them to our friends and family. Our shower started leaking and needed the cartridge replaced. We weren't able to replace it ourselves so we called out another company who came out and without touching anything within 3 minutes told us it was going to be $700 to repair it as they needed to go in the drywall and replace everything because the cartridge was not going to come out. We were blown away. We called Gallos Plumbing and the owner, David, returned our call at 9:00 pm at night!! Without any promise of what we were going to do he spoke to us for about 10 minutes explaining different options. The next day we had Gallos Plumbing come out, Joaquin and Jonathan, and they said first let us see if we can get that cartridge out for you before we even look at opening everything up. Within minutes they had it out and were able to replace it and put everything back together. They were awesome!!
