I called to schedule an appointment and spoke with David. He said he would call me the following morning for an accurate time Juan (the owner) would come to my residence. I never got the call that morning, I called David back to get a status and he indicated he forgot and seemed not to care. I asked if should just go elsewhere for services and what he said is why I am leaving this review. He said "Yes, because we are too busy to schedule an appointment for you". who does that that? oh, I know, Gallos Plumbing, don't waste your time on this company. I contacted another company and I will leave their review here so that you can contact them instead. : )

Spoke with them at 830 am to let them know I had water leaking from my 2nd story to my first. 2 hours later they call back saying they can't help me today because of 'too many emergencies'.

I've had them out twice. Once for an underground leak and once for a gas fireplace. Both times they came right away and did high quality work for fair prices. Professional and friendly. I highly recommend. Services: Plumbing leak detection, Plumbing pipe repair
