Carlos was great. Very nice and knowledgeable. I did have a issue (not with Carlos) that was resolved quickly and professionally. The manager listened and understood my concerns and made it right. I made the choice back in 2019 to have a new unit put in by them and I don’t regret it for a second. Every technician has been knowledgeable, friendly, and fast.

This was my first time using Air and Plumbing Today. The office people answering the phones were helpful and kept me up to date on everything. I'd really recommend Mike and Edgar from here. They were efficient and thorough. Mike was great in listening to what I was needing and once the work was completed he walked me through all that was done . He made sure to answer any question I'd had and pointed out how any new equipment worked prior to departing. I really appreciate this company and team. Services: Toilet repair, Shower repair

I absolutely loved my experience with Air & Plumbing. Our main technician Chris was very thorough and explained everything in such detail (why it was important, the risk of waiting, what alternatives we had, etc). I appreciated the fact that Chris gave us several options to choose from for what we needed (which was extensive)… small minor immediate repair of a pressure valve and save up for the bigger issue and hope we don’t have issues while we save or get everything done and corrected in one visit (water softener had died, our drain wasn’t working properly, pressure to house was horrible, etc) I even called the company back for additional questions because my job had to done a different day (to get parts, start early, etc) and he immediately called back and answered all my questions.
