I had a new water heater installed. Chris Andrews was the Service Tech he did a phenomenal job. He was on time, and very professional. He also explained the proper way to perform a year's maintenance check on the unit. Thank you for a job well Done. Service: Water heater installation
Carlos Cepeda did an excellent job unlike the first technician. He was extremely professional, explained thoroughly the process and fixed the problem. Customer service was beyond expectations. He cleaned his work area completely. He did a fine job and I would highly recommend him.
