Noah was great! He came out, diagnosed, fixed my issue. He gave me the good news that my clog had cleared but that unfortunately I did need to replace my main sewer line. He did a great job! I would definitely recommend willfixit! Service: Sewer repair
I called to get a quote to run a gas line from the meter to our inground pool (45 ft/same side of house). The phone service rep was great. She was very helpful. The tech was supposed to arrive this morning to do the quote. They called me at 8:15 am and said he’d be here in 30-45 minutes. At 10 am, we called because no one showed up. We were told he was 10 minutes away. He finally rang the doorbell at 10:57 am. We are reasonable and flexible people. But two hours late with no courtesy call? Our time is valuable too. Not a good impression on how the service will be.
