Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Water Cleanup

Needed a plumber fast! I called John Wayne Plumbing first, it’s Tuesday and they didn’t have an opening until the next Tuesday! What????? I then called Roto-Rooter immediately. They were able to accommodate my immediate need for a plumber. Johnny arrived within 1.5 hour and fixed my problem within 45 minutes. Great customer service! Keith also came out to take a look for water damage, he too was very professional. Luckily we didn’t have water damage just some drying needed since I caught the leak quickly. Lindsey was absolutely EXCEPTIONAL. From the moment she arrived, she was incredibly thorough, honest and patient with us. She managed to diagnose and repair our damaged water lines quickly and efficiently and even went up into our attic, in this Texas summer heat, to ensure there weren't any other issues. Daniel G was our plumbing technician that came out. What a great guy with tons of experience. Saved me today!! Daniel found the water leak quick in our kitchen sink, garbage disposal, took it apart, resealed it and put it back together the way it should’ve been done… yep I should’ve called them first!
