It finally got cold enough to use my heat last night but the system wouldn't turn on. I had a different company out first thing in the morning and their repair man gave me 2 options: -for $10k they could do the bare minimum to 'band-aid' my system and get it running again -for $17k they could install a brand new system I told him I needed to think about it and decided to shop around before committing to such a big investment. I am so glad I did! I called Air-Tex that afternoon and they had someone at my house within 2 hours. Richard had my unit was running like new again within 30 minutes for under $300. All it needed was a single part replaced! He checked all of my systems and assured me that there are no leaks and that all refrigerant levels are right where they should be. Thank you Air-Tex! This company goes above and beyond! We realized our AC was out at about 8pm at night. I called and someone got back to me at 9pm at night and we were able to coordinate a technician to come out first thing in the morning. Troy was prompt and attentive.
