This company goes above and beyond! We realized our AC was out at about 8pm at night. I called and someone got back to me at 9pm at night and we were able to coordinate a technician to come out first thing in the morning. Troy was prompt and attentive. They were scheduled to come out to service an air conditioning unit at our home that isn’t cooling the house. They gave me an appointment three days away. I called their main number and got a hold of someone who said they would try to come out earlier. They never called back. I tried calling back and did not get an answer. When the day the appointment came they did not show up or call to give an explanation and we could still not reach them on the phone. I could not leave a message because their mailbox was full. Another day passed and they did not come out, contact me, or answer their phones.

Highly recommend AirTex, owners Keith and Sharon were super quick to respond to our service request and serviced our unit the same day. Fast, friendly service. Did not try to upsell anything even though we have an older unit, really appreciated that. Great folks to work with. Choose AirTex!
