My review keeps on getting removed, the technician came to repair my condenser and told me that I have to replace my air handler without getting inside my home, I got the condenser section replaced by another contractor and the inside unit is perfect

We called to have the AC unit looked at because of water in the overflow pan. Our tech, Chance, checked the unit and found the problem. Before he performed any work he gave us a couple of options along with the price for each option. We really appreciated having an honest, conscientious tech who did not try to push one option over another and allowed us to choose the best option for us. Chance was the repair person sent out to check to see why my Ac never responded to thermostat commands. He discovered the problem right away (user error) and educated me so that if I have the issue again, I am aware of whats going on. He also serviced the heating system so that when the cold front hits later today I can switch the AC off and use the heater. He was kind and courteous, so much so I've already recommended this company because of the excellent service provided. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Service: Heating system maintenance
