Bravo installed the new unit a few years or more ago. The technician said my unit in the attic has a leak in the coils and I would need a new part and freon, but the part is under warranty. Total cost over $1,000. I went a with a different company and it was a defective crossover switch. They replaced the part. They said the system does not need any freon, it's full. System been running (cold and hot air when needed) with no issue.

The BRAVO Team of HVAC Professionals helped me extend the life of my previous HVAC system, until a motherboard needed to be replaced but the parts were no longer in production. Jorge and Frank tested the air flow and duct system before recommending a new HVAC unit to service our home. The Armstrong Air unit uses variable speed and a smart thermostat to conserve energy and lower our electric bills. The unit also has the capability to change settings to deliver 4 or 5 tonnage cooling capacity. Called in today to check on a leak in our AC unit. We just bought our house and you never know what the real state of appliances are until you've lived with them for a bit. Within one hour Frank was knocking on my door ready to get to work. It would have been really easy for him to take advantage of a new home buyer but he spent about 2 hours unclogging a pipe and then giving me instructions/best practices for keeping pipe clear. Even though my units are a little older, he said they were working perfectly and I'm in good shape for the rest if this hot summer. Thanks, Frank!
