Arron replaced my roof - a week ago due to hail damage. Arron’s Service was so outstanding I just wanted to comment on it. He met with the insurance company when they came out to inspect the roof and got me a bit more in payment than what the adjuster was initially advising. The day of the roof replacement we had storms come in so they had to secure the roof so it would not leak and of course it did not! I have a large dog and my concern was that the back yard be as cleaned up as possible so that nails and debris were not in the yard for the dog to step on or eat and Arron and his crew made a special effort to accommodate this. I also would like to say that during the quote process that everything that Arron promised he fullfilled in a professional and educational manner and made sure any concerns and questions I had about the process were taken care of. May be a good company for work that can be done over a week or 2 out however... Requested a non-urgent (does not have to be today) but timely fix to a leak and it took them a week for just an appointment to look at it but not even fix it. Canceled it and got a passive aggressive response of "...if your current roofer doesn't work out, remember to call them and not us".
