Fist time I call them. Not only they were courteous, they came same day and they actually knew what they were doing. The owner himself came over and took care of my water heater repair. He was honest and right on the money! He fixed the problem that others had said had no other solution but to replace the unit! I have become a customer for life! I called All Plumbing Services and Rooter at 5pm to unclog the toilet in the guest bathroom. The owner said he could arrive by 6pm. Upon his prompt arrival, he checked out everything to include the other bathroom. All steps to diagnose the problem was explained to include the reasonable costs. Hoping to resolve the problem outside, the cable didn't open the line. Next step was to remove the toilet. About 60' of cable was used to unclog the problem. The owner provided awesome service from start to finish, knowledgeable, professional and courteous. I would definitely call them first if I need any plumbing service because I had previous called another company and they used my plunger to temporary solve the problem and charged me half of what All Plumbing Services charged. They are life savers! We found a leak and had no water on a SUNDAY I called at 1 pm by 2 pm they showed up and worked until almost 10 to get my issues resolved. They are great, super responsive hard workers. Will definitely be saving their info in my phone! Service: Plumbing leak detection
