Andre’s Pro Plumbing was great! They fixed my water heater and came out at the scheduled time. Very friendly plumbers and receptionists/schedulers. Good communication and reasonably priced. I will be using Andre’s for all my plumbing needs in the future! Jordan and Nick are exceptional!

I spoke with Joaquin on the phone in the morning to schedule an appointment to repair some leaking faucets. He said he would come out the same afternoon to make the repairs. I called again hours later, and he confirmed he was coming. He even asked me to send photos of the faucets to see if he had replacements. By the late evening, he never showed up or called to say he couldn’t make it. I didn’t appreciate the total lack of professionalism or courtesy.
