Cool Planet Air Conditioning

I had my AC unit begin having trouble cooling. I called Cool Planet out and the service technician, Robert, diagnosed the issue as a leak in the coil and advised the coil needed to be replaced. The staff at the office, Alexis and Maria, kept me updated on the status of finding the replacement part. They advised my system was still under warranty and scheduled a team out to replace the faulty coil as soon as a replacement part could be located and resources were available. Daniel and Jovani showed up, confirmed the work, and were able to complete the coil replacement within a couple of hours. The unit is now cooling again, like new. I will note that I have used this business for about 5 years now, and have found the owner, office staff, and technicians to be courteous, professional, and customer oriented. George and was prompt, professional and honest. He came out and fixed my 16 Seer HP on the first visit we had no heat and he had all the parts needed stocked on his truck and had my system up and running in no time! Definitely will be using them again and referring them to family and friends.
