We should have gone with them from the start, had a bad experience (three times over) with another company and Beluga Air helped fix not only the issue with our heat not working, but all of the mistakes from previous technicians. They were so quick to come help, very kind and explained everything they were doing which my husband and I appreciated. Joe runs a top notch company. It’s hard to find an AC company that cares about your needs and making you feel comfortable. Most AC crews are all about making money and up sales. Not this one, they’re still small and feel like family. Matter of fact, a lot of family do work together with Beluga. Rigo, his son, installed my complete AC unit and was professional, nice, courteous and answered all my questions. Not once did I feel uncomfortable with them in my house. Thanks and keep up the good work guys. Oh, and the main point, I felt like they were reasonable with the price.
