Professional, efficient and effective! We should have gone with them from the start, had a bad experience (three times over) with another company and Beluga Air helped fix not only the issue with our heat not working, but all of the mistakes from previous technicians. They were so quick to come help, very kind and explained everything they were doing which my husband and I appreciated. Mike Rodriquez came out to evaluate our current A/C system and to give us an estimate on a new system. He was on time and thorough in his evaluation. He took his time and explained the options available for purchasing a new unit or system. He was very professional and low pressure. We did purchase a new system from Beluga Air and was very pleased with Mike. Guillermo and Juan installed our new Beluga heating and air system. They arrived on time and did an excellent job removing our old system and installing the new system. They were very professional and were pleasant to work with. The placed drop cloths down to protect our floors and cleaned everything up very well when they were done. The made sure that everything worked well and that we understood how to operate everything before they left. From my initial contact with Carla who answered the phone on Labor Day, I had a good feeling. She said Oscar would come out right away to fix my non-functioning air conditioner. He checked out my system and provided me with helpful maintenance suggestions. Then, Brandon diligently worked on the repair and finished the job.
