Never doing business with this company. They get a 1 Star because the work got done. We had just moved into our new office down the road, and we figured we would support our small business neighbors. We needed some work done for our Cert. of Occupancy - water heater & P-trap under sink. Over the phone they quote me $170 an hour, plus parts and the water heater permit, but they would need to come out first to give us a better estimate. They come out and do the evaluation. I ask “170$ an hour, plus permit, plus parts, right?” He says “yes, I’ll send you the estimate when I get to the office via email.” I receive the estimate and I confirm that the estimate includes all the work needed to be done, and I get a “yes.” We agree for them to come out. There was some miscommunication in the morning with the plumber, but he came back and got the job... minus the air circulation issue in the water heater room, we decided to do that ourselves.
