I called to get an estimate on our heater system that was not working. He was able to come down to our business within an hour and started working on our system right away. It was hard to find someone locally to diagnose and repair my gelato showcase. Thankfully I found First Rate Services! Andrew and his team were on-time, professional, and explained the issue along with next steps to get the showcase up and running again. They are a great company and I highly recommend them! Nice guys that I hope I won’t have to see again, unless they are my customers. :)

Once again we called Andrew at First Rate Services and on a Saturday and he was out to see us within the hour. He mentioned that he was in the process of moving but still made the time to come help us out with our problem. During the service call he answered any and all questions we had and provided thorough explanations of why the system was malfunctioning the way that it was. He was very professional, courteous, and just an all around nice guy. I would highly recommend Andrew and First Rate Services for any A/C needs, the prices are really reasonable and we can't thank him enough for coming out in such short notice.
