Freedom Air Repair

This was a wonderful experience! We woke up to our ac unit being out and our house was at 80 degrees! We called 5 different places and the soonest they were able to come out was next week! I saw that Freedom had 5 stars and decided to give it a try. Liz was so hopeful and said she could send a tech out the same day in the afternoon. They sent me a courtesy text stating they were on the way. The gentlemen arrived and introduced themselves and wore booties over their shoes to keep the floors clean. They checked the thermostat and both ac units and were able to diagnose the problem in 10 minutes. They replaced the part and were very budget-friendly! Albert’s crew have continually gone above and beyond not only in maintaining our systems, but in maintaining our relationship as clients. His crew, specifically Juan, did not hesitate to assist us in finding our pet cat who had gotten lost in the course of the job. Juan went out of his way to help us and ultimately found our cat himself. This, amongst many other interactions and positive experiences with this company, have truly solidified and reinforced our decision to call Freedom first.
